Now after all the hard work by everybody completing their submissions to the Planning Inspectorate we wait for their decision. The appellant, Punch Taverns, have a couple of weeks until the 23rd of May 2019 to make final comments as does the LPA (Local Planning Authority - in this case the London Borough of Bromley) - then the inspectorate will start working on the outcome of the appeal.
The decision date has not yet been set by the Planning Inspectorate but as soon as we know it we will announce it here and on our social media platforms - this could be in around 26 weeks according to their website!
Fingers are crossed that the appeal is thrown out.
